金龜樹 Manila Tamarind
本種原產熱帶亞洲、美洲，在成樹耐鹽抗風，適作庭園樹、海岸造林。開花期 3~6 月，樹幹彎曲多節瘤，節上有小刺，枝椏細長柔軟耐鹽性強。
Manila tamarind is native to Mexico, Central America, and northern South America. The tree is cultivated as an ornamental plant and is also grown for its fruit and seed. The bark contains irritating substances, which can cause eye infections.
蔓性紫花馬纓丹 Trailing Lantana
莖伸長蔓性或下垂，花期甚長多種植於地面，任其在地面生長整片，有時亦種於邊坡上，枝條懸垂，繁花盛開，極具觀賞價值。
Trailing lantana is known by many common names: weeping lantana, creeping lantana, small lantana, or purple lantana. It is native to South America and is a small strongly scented flowering low shrub with oval-shaped green leaves.
紅葉鐵莧 Painted Copperleaf
葉面銅紅色，嵌有暗綠斑，在陽光充足的季節，葉面鮮艷亮麗，極為搶眼。威氏鐵莧的葉色呈現鮮紅色至紫褐色，在夏日陽光照射下，葉色十分鮮艷，所以稱紅葉鐵莧。
Painted copperleaf is an evergreen shrub. The new leaf growth is deep green and makes a nice contrast to the older bronze foliage. Other common names: Fire dragon plant, Copper leaf, Beefsteak plant, Jacob’s coat.
小葉南洋杉 Norfolk Island Pine
為世界最優美的庭園觀賞樹之一，常被栽種為行道樹、公園樹、庭園造景用樹用。且因全株均有臘質被覆保護，對潮風及鹽分的抵抗力極強，適植為海岸景觀樹，木材可供建築、器具、家具等用。
Norfolk Island pine is native to Norfolk Island, an island in the Pacific Ocean; also called star pine, Polynesian pine, triangle tree or living Christmas tree. It is a beautiful tree of symmetrical, pyramidal shape, up to 65 meters tall in its native habitat.
四季秋海棠 Wax Begonia
四季秋海棠花期特長，周年開花，但盛開於春、夏季，溫暖地區則一年四季開花不斷，每當花朵盛開時，整個植株均被花朵所覆蓋。
Wax begonia is one of the most popular bedding plants in the western world. In tropical or subtropical climates, the wax begonia is a perennial plant that can grow to the size of a small shrub. In cooler climates, it is grown as an annual.
馬纓丹 Lantana Camara
常綠半蔓性灌木。原產於熱帶美洲全株含刺激性異味，四季開花，頭狀花序作散房狀排列，花冠有黃、白、橙黃、淡紅、紫紅、深紅等色彩。品種繁多，有黃花、白花及無刺等品種。
Lantana camara, also known as big-sage (Malaysia), wild-sage, red-sage, white-sage (Caribbean) and tickberry (South Africa), is native to the American tropics. It usually grows 2~4 meters tall and can occasionally grow like a vine.
蔓花生 Wild Peanut (Arachis duranensis)
四季常青，且不易滋生雜草與病蟲害，一般不用修剪，是極優良地被植物，可用于園林綠地、公路的隔離帶做地被植物。
Wild peanut is found in Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay. Cultivated peanut derived all of its genetic material from two wild ancestors, A. duranensis and A. ipaensis. The wild species have half of the genetic material as cultivated peanut.
大葉山欖 Palaquium formosanum Hayata
大葉山欖為本地原生樹種，常綠性大喬木，株高可達 20 公尺。其樹性極為強健，耐鹽、抗旱、抗風、耐濕，為一種對臺灣氣候頗能適應的樹種。
Palaquium formosanum Hayata is a large-sized evergreen tree native to Taiwan and the Philippines that grows up to 20 meters tall. It is highly resistant to strong winds and high salinity, which make it good to grow by the coast.
蒲葵 Chinese Fan Palm
樹幹通直不分枝，株高可達 10~15 公尺，成株灰褐色，外表粗糙，莖上節與節間不明顯。常用庭園樹或行道樹，樹幹可製屋柱，葉可製傘。
Chinese fan palm or fountain palm is native to southern Japan, Taiwan, the Ryukyu Islands, southeastern China and Hainan. It can attain heights of 10~15 meters with fan-shaped leaves. Chinese fan palm is often cultivated as an ornamental tree.
